WATCH AND PRAY!!!

All of you must keep awake (give strict attention, be cautious and active) and watch and PRAY, that you may not come into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak....MATHEW 26:41

THY WORD!!!

I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.I PRAY not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil....JOHN 17:14-15

PRAYER ON THE CROSS!!!

And when they came to the place which is called The Skull [Hebrew: Golgotha], there they crucified Him, and [along with] the criminals, one on the right and one on the left.
And JESUS PRAYED, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. And they divided His garments and distributed them by casting lots for them..Luke 23:33-34

JESUS PRAYED FOR PETER..

Simon, Simon (Peter), listen! Satan has asked excessively that [all of] you be given up to him [out of the power and keeping of God], that he might sift [all of] you like grain,
But I have PRAYED especially for you [Peter], that your [own] faith may not fail; and when you yourself have turned again, strengthen and establish your brethren...Luke22:31-32

JESUS PRAYED!!!

Now in those days it occurred that He(JESUS) went up into a mountain to PRAY, and spent the whole night in PRAYER to God..LUKE 6:12

PRAY FOR YOUR ENEMEIES!!!

But I tell you, Love your enemies and PRAY for those who persecute you....Mathew 5:44

GOD HEARS!!!

Do you know that God hears every prayer you have today?

AVENGE THEM SPEEDILY...

And will not [our just] GOD defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry(PRAY) to Him day and night? Will He defer them and delay help on their behalf?
I tell you, He will defend and protect and avenge them speedily. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [ persistence in] faith on the earth?...LUKE 18:7-8

CONSTANT IN PRAYER..

Rejoice and exult in hope; be steadfast and patient in suffering and tribulation; be constant in prayer..Romans12:12

PAUL AND SILAS...

But about midnight, as Paul and Silas were PRAYING and singing hymns of praise to God, and the [other] prisoners were listening to them, Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the very foundations of the prison were shaken; and at once all the doors were opened and everyone's shackles were unfastened...Act 16:25-26

 

THE JABEZ PRAYER

Jabez cried(PRAYED) to the God of Israel, saying, Oh, that You would bless me and enlarge my border, and that Your hand might be with me, and You would keep me from evil so it might not hurt me! And GOD granted his request.1Chronicle4:10

BELIEVE!!!

And JESUS, replying, said to them, Have faith in GOD [constantly]. Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.

For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in PRAYER, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]...Mark 11:22-24

ELIJAH'S PRAYER...

Elijah was a human being with a nature such as we have [with feelings, affections, and a constitution like ours]; and he PRAYED earnestly for it not to rain, and no rain fell on the earth for three years and six months.
And [then] he PRAYED again and the heavens supplied rain and the land produced its crops [as usual]....James 5:17-18

NO MORE...

CONFIDENCE ---BOLDNESS

And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us.

And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him...1 JOHN 5:14-15

PRAYER OF THE DESTITUTE...

He will regard the PRAYER of the destitute, and not despise their PRAYER. This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD. For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;

To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem...Psalm 102:17-21
